Post 528 ToyCon 2013 Day 2

Hi Everyone

i finally went to a convention this year! So many things happened in my life since the beginning of this year, but its not necessarily happy events. Anyway i missed attending cosplay or toy conventions. i am not even sure if i am what you can call an otaku.
Anime otaku? Jdrama Otaku? Plush Otaku...i dont know hehe

i enjoyed this day although i was a bit sick, and the sea of people were a lot tougher than last year. Thanks to Channel 7 airing the event on the news earlier this day

i met some friends today! Some of them by coincident

i did not get to meet my three other friends; too crowded, and ran out of load during the event gaahh sayang!

But there is always next time~

i was going to buy my friend music album, ill share about his band soon. Was going to meet a friend from Line Play, and another friend who is a fellow hobbyist, she also collects plushies, she loves Chopper

Anyway ill show you some photos from the event. Because it was too crowded, we were only able to cover this much. Enjoy~

Event: ToyCon 2012

The event Anime, Cosplay, Manga Otaku and Geeks are waiting for including me! This event only happens once a year! You can buy rare finds! The collection you've been looking for might be somewhere in this event waiting for you. Meeting people of the same interest, feasting your eyes with all the figurines and collectibles! Raffles! Booths! And happenings! All in one place <3

im kinda a geek, i love Iron Man, Star Trek, X-men hmmm thats all i can think of lolz but i like everything else too specially Dr. Doom and Spiderman team up with Fantastic 4! i used to watch that when i was in elementary hehe but im not a big fan of spiderman ehem specially this up coming movie they changed the lead actor, i mean seriously.. Anyway i have nothing against the new actor, but do you know that feeling when you watched 3-5 movies of the same lead actor then they changed the lead actor? its like Harry Potter is not Harry Potter without Daniel right?

So much fun, and also ive spent quite an amount..i couldn't help it >,< i saw few Korilakkuma stuffies that i want to buy :3

Ozine Fest 2012: Cosplay, Japan Culture, etc

Hi gals, so finally i had some time to edit the photos hehe, late post >,< this event was held two months ago, and yeah i kinda been MIA last April-May; busy summer vacation, my dad was in the country for vacation and i had so much business to attend to.

The event was awesome! Although some parts were not as i expected it to be but hey it was still fun fun fun!

Cosplayers, Kawaii things on sale, japanese food, school booths, summer festival booths, the ones we always see in anime and wonder how it can look in real life. Toy collections, Drawing contests, Gaming events, Maid and butler Cafe, doll collections, horror booth, Band contests, Karaoke contest, etc.

I went on the first day of the event :)

[RANT] The only thing was upsetting about the first day is the Maid Cafe, i dont have a problem with the maid who served us, she was so cute and adorable also friendly. We decided to take a photo which is paid, then we came back to pick it up and i was surprised! it was a close up? Huh? its like a shoulder shot of me and the girls, i mean seriously i paid for me and the girls who are in the maid costumes right? The final photo just looked like me with couple of friends. You can not tell they were maids from a maid cafe, the dress or anything else is not visible because its a close up, if i knew the final photo was like this, i would not bother to pay for it in the first place.

The Butler Cafe is letting people in as soon as they see a vacant table, but do they have anyone to serve us? No. i understand that they were short with people but still i hope they did something about it or improved their system and photo booth on the second and third day.
