i know this entry is lame but its for my self :P Gomen lol

For my friends and readers who are interested in reading about my life hehe

and also an actual diary for my self yay!

This April was a blast for me 3 weekends were fine hehe

This May was a vacation mode! And i enjoyed every bit of it with my family,

watching movies, eating out, and shopping...ill show you the shopping items later

its not many hehe. i loved how i escaped from work and exchanged it with my family!

i miss them even my cats huhu

1. True Blood (American TV Series) - Eric. Eric. Eric. Lafayette bad ass niggah <3 font="">

i dont love this series but im sure entertained on how kinda stupid most characters are ahaha!

2. A well Raised Daugher (Korean Drama)  - just watched till ep 9 i think, was so curious with the story..too bad i had no time. This series is great but also long.

3. Let's Eat (Korean Drama)  - Makes me so hungry and a nice way to view the daily life in Korea, dog walking, parks, neighbors, the guy here is pretty mysterious in a way but i only watched two eps so far.

4. King of High School (Korean Drama)   -MUST WATCH! My vampire model boyfriend Lee Soo Hyuk  is here and the other highschool guy is cute too! first saw him in "Rain" and then in the series "The Master's Sun" where he was completely hot!...Seo In Guk! SO WATCH IT LADIES! While im still kind to share Soo Hyuk with you! i loved him since i saw him in Music video of 2NE1 "it Hurts" and his in "Falling in love" too. HIS MINE OK! i had a crush for ages lol.

i used to write down my moods for the last few years on this manner.

So this is #1 because its the first one this year of 2014.
And might write one at the very end of every month or so..

Personal Life Thoughts: My Greatest Fear

Hi Everyone

its been a tough time for me since the last week of January 

just when i thought that "its a new year, its a new chance!"

i guess this is life.

so ive been in the hospital a lot lately.

last week of January someone very special passed away

my greatest fear is loosing someone close to me

and somehow this happened. i wont tell the details here, i 

hope you understand. if its hard for me her best friend, how 

much more painful it can be for her family. i tried my best to

be there for them. for her. i miss her so much. Godbless her soul.

Her Mom told me to cherish my health, and i am going for a full 

check up soon, because ive been having loads of byahilo. even if im

just home or watching a movie on theater. imagine? i feel so dizzy.

not the usual migraine. My stomach is acting up and stuff.

Anyway yesterday was her final resting and i still can not let her go.

the only thing i regret is not making a surprise visit to her.

Thankfully i stick to her like glue since college days; shes a quiet

type, and i am a loud one, we were always together.

We went to Rivers, Beach, fishing, Seminars, Studying, Eating out, Swimming..

even worked together, She graduated before me but i went after her and my OJT

was there. Oh we watched movies and also take photos of cosplayers together.

So much memories, She is irreplaceable.

To Make things Short

i went to the Hospital for my youngest sis for her eyes to get checked from Cyst

Then weeks after my 2nd Youngest sister had a dry cough Pneumonia

both cases were not that serious and Thank God they are fine

 3rd week March my Sister, younger than me by 4 yrs (we are 4 girls)

She went through Surgery on her head. Plastic Surgery.

No bones has been broken, nothing neurologically serious Thank God talga!
the scan you see on the photo is her's. She was hit by a motorist.

Reality if painful. 

She is still here and doing great so i am very much thankful.

i was so scared to death. i almost had a heart attack. But i did had a panic attack.

The people who told us said "there is so much blood and her face is gone!"

They said it in tagalog "Wala nang Muka! Ang daming Dugo!" and when i asked who,

Because both my college sisters were still out at that time. They said it was the other one.

No matter who it is, its so unreal that this happened. 

after a week my Dad managed to get off from his work abroad and arrived immediately 

for my sister. Now she is doing great and still recovering her nerves and stitches on head

but she is so much better now. And we are trying to enjoy Dad being here with us too.

im trying to find a notebook right now to list my Daily food habbit, i gotta do this at least for my health

Health issue and status recently

My Heart history: heart burn issues due to Hyperacidity because i dont drink water at all but i do drink stuffs like C2. ive had heart burns since elementary.But is manageable, i just need to drink lots of water, and avoid hunger. so a hard-core diet of not eating at all is not possible with me, instead i should go for a healthy diet.

i had palpitations this Monday and Tuesday, thankfully today its kind of ok now but i can still feel my heart beating heavily, it does not stop anymore and beat slow like the past 2 days.

The first time i had Palpitations is because i toke some diet pills, fail. i will never buy diet pills again..ever. btw its Hokaido pills.

This time the cause of my Palpitation might be Hyperthyroidism from too much iodine, Goodbye soy sauce! i admit that i shower my rice and "ulam" or anything with it, specially this past few days. 

it also might be because of Lack of Oxygen...i like lying on my tummy most of the day, and while im on my laptop too. Sometimes i forget to take off my bra before sleep, so its messing up with my breathing..yes i do sleep on my tummy too. 

Last reason which kinda scared me is "Anxiety", "Stress" and "Depression".

it might not look like it because i have lots of cute stuffs, and when im in public i act ok, but the truth is i am having problems recently, i cant tell here in my blog in what aspect exactly. its affecting my mood, im getting mood swings. And im also kinda busy, i lack in socializing, and relaxation. Every weekend what i do is the same thing..Shopping, Eating out, Movies. im sick of this routine. so hopefully my friends are planning a trip this November, might go out of town to ease my soul.

i did not exactly go to the Dr because its not so serious but still i will go when i get a chance. im just sharing this so you gals dont do what i have done :(

Oohlala Spouses (Korean Love Comedy Drama)

-about soul swapping which is so funny although the actors are kinda over acting most of the time but i think its part of the comedy. the guy is from a comedy gang movie series, the girl is from the series "i am legend". i like the guy so much, his acting gay and all lolz~

The Thousands Man (Korean Love Comedy Drama)

-about a Gomiho/Fox girl and her real love, i kinda like this series because its funny

Monster (Japanese Detective Comedy Drama)

-i love detective series but the thing is they are very boring at times. the main character here is really irritating..well thats his character but i think he might be a vampire or something too..just an assumption of mine.

Big Bang theory 

- first episodes of this season is not fun at all, all about Howard, i hope next ep is not.

The Walking Dead

- last ep of the Governor was boring~ i can not believe Hershell is alive after all that blood loss and his old age.

Mean Girls

- re-watched it

Cockneys Vs Zombies

- british movie comedy, i really liked it, specially my crush from the movie "The Block" is there :)
