My Goal this month is to lose weight, i finally got this to help me lose some, i also weight my self every week. My only problem is should i keep drinking C2 or just water? i might lose lots just by cutting out C2 tea out, i drink like 2-3 liters of C2 a day. But i dislike water because im acidic.
i am also trying to cut out all the food, ill just eat something special in weekends. What am i thinking? its Holiday season lol and im tryna do this. i dont want to starve lol.
